A Tale of Two Brothers

A-KEEP Family and Friends we are happy to premiere our first virtual live performance! Immerse yourself in a world of magic, dance, and drama from your living room with Alabama-Korea Education & Economic Partnership's virtual live production of A Tale of Two Brothers. This performance is based on a Korean folktale, from the late Joseon Dynasty, this enchanting musical tells the story of two brothers who grew up together but were divided by greed and conflict. In order to save their families and restore order to their village they must confront their disagreements and come together. Watch this classic tale be re-imagined with a fusion of traditional Korean artistry and Southern American flair with featuring costumes, art, and dialogue from both cultures. This unique mixture explores unity between Korea and Alabama through art and performance. A Tale of Two Brothers highlights themes of familial love, forgiveness, and cross-cultural communication distributed through both drama and comedy that is appropriate for all ages.
