Biography

I believes in dynamic and active learning environments where students are able to experience the material in many different ways. Using multi modal presentations provides a complete sensory experience of the material. This style improves students’ retention and understanding, allowing them to process the information in abstract and applied ways. Adding problem-based exercises that require a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical application provides students with an opportunity to engage the information in an enriching manner.

INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMS

  • Set up 18 new partner universities from Australia, France, Switzerland, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, England, and Germany.

  • Oversee international student recruitment

  • Moved international student population from 3% to 8%.

  • Initiated formal exchange programs. Doubled the number of outgoing study abroad students over the last two years.
